- We require a minimum of 20 paid admissions for all guided programs.
- For groups of less than 20 admissions, we offer self-guided tours. Self-guided groups must register in advance & are limited to 20 or fewer admissions including staff.
- Full payment and final headcount are required 4 weeks prior to the date of your trip(s).
- Registration is currently open for our Summer and Fall 2025 Programs. Please contact education@queensfarm.org if you are interested in booking a trip after 11/30/2025.
- 2025 - 2026 dates when NYC Public Schools are NOT in session: Sept 23-24, Oct 2, Oct 13, Oct 20, Nov 4, Nov 11, Nov 27-28, Dec 24-Jan 2, Jan 19, Feb 16-20, Mar 20, Apr 2-10, May 25, May 27, Jun 19.
- Bus information for NYCDOE is listed via Office of Pupil Transportation.
